Hebrides Ensemble and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland are delighted to announce this re-scheduled date for our Swedish Chamber Games concert.

Swedish Chamber Games was an initiative established in 2019 offering Swedish composers the chance to have their works performed by groups outside Sweden. Hebrides Ensemble was one of five groups across Europe invited to perform the selected works by Britta Byström, Henrik Denerin and Leilei Tian

RCS students Nils Benedikt Meier, Gabriel Stenborg and Thomas Djønne were then invited to create works to be paired with those from Sweden, to create a fascinating programme of symmetry and contrast.

Originally programmed for 20 May 2022 but postponed due to issues arising from Covid-19, we hope you will join us for this re-scheduled performance.

Supported by the Stim Forward Fund.
